This is our "How to Guide" for choosing what you require for your invitations. Remember every wedding is different and unique and every set of requirements for invitations is different for each couple.

LETS START HERE!

We understand when you start to look at invitations there are so many different options out there and it is sometimes very overwhelming and very hard to understand what you need to include in yours. We have broken this process down into five simple stages below. 

Our job as stationers is to make things as easy as possible for you and this is the method we follow with all our clients to help them create their beautiful designs.

Step One

HOW MANY INVITATIONS DO YOU REQUIRE?

Work out your Day Invitation quantity and your Evening Invitation quantity by going through your Guest List and allowing one invite per household.

For Example...

 

100 Day Guests 50/60 Invitations

50 Evening Guests 20/30 Invitations

Step Two

CHOOSE THE STYLE OF INVITATION YOU LIKE!

WE OFFER 6 TYPES OF INVITATIONS

2 STANDARD LAYOUTS

Standard Invitation or Vellum Invitation

 

2 PREMIUM LAYOUTS

3 Page Concertina Invitation or 4 Page Concertina Invitation

2 DELUXE LAYOUTS

A lot of our couples mix and match the layout options for their invitations.

Day Invitations - Pocketfold Layout

Evening Invitations - Standard Invitation Layout

This is a good way to keep the cost down if you have a tight budget as Evening Invitations never usually require as much information as the day.

Step Three

HOW DO YOU WANT YOUR GUESTS TO REPLY?

DO YOU REQUIRE A SEPARATE RSVP CARD?

If you want your guests to reply via post you need our standard RSVP card which comes with a return envelope.

However if you decide you prefer your guests to reply digitally you can have an RSVP without the return envelope which then directs your guests to the required email or wedding website information.

Think about what information you need to tell your guests before your big day.

Step Five

The "Optional Extras" are the finishing touches which you can add to your design to make it look extra special.
