How do I place an Order?

Firstly you will receive a detailed quotation from us explaining the cost.

What Happen’s Next?

Once you have confirmed you are happy with the price and wish to proceed we require a 

£50.00 non-refundable design fee upfront. 

This cost covers my time for creating your design Mock Up and secures your date in my diary.


Your design Mock Up will be emailed to you as soon as you have made the information available to create and draft your design. After you have received the Mock Up, please feel free to take some time to have a good look over it to see if you want to make any initial design changes.


Once the Mock Up design is agreed you are then sent you're Wedding Pack which includes a breakdown of each individual item so you can check all the wording on each component in detail.

( It is completely your responsibility at this stage to proof-read for any grammar and spelling mistakes. )


I do not accept any payment until you are happy with the final Wedding Pack that you have received and I am more than happy to make as many amendments as required.


Once you have approved your Order for printing, payment is then required for that stage of the order 


(i.e. you won't need On the Day Stationery at the same time as Invitations so we would only take payment for that stage of the order)


This payment is made via your preferred method.

How long will my Order take to arrive after being Approved for printing?



Orders are often completed within 2-3 weeks and this will vary depending on how busy we are. 



Please note: Orders are only shipped once full payment has been received.
