TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

 

All orders placed with A Little Bit of Loveliness are subject to these Terms and Conditions. A Little Bit of Loveliness reserves the right to cancel an order at any stage. By placing your order with A Little Bit of Loveliness and paying the Design & Booking Fee, you are agreeing to the following  Terms and Conditions.

Design Fee & Payment

A non-refundable Design & Booking Fee of £200.00 is required to secure your booking in our diary before any design work can begin. This is an additional fee and is not a deposit. It does not come off the cost of your stationery order. This fee covers consultation(s), preparation of quotations and administration relating to your booking, the creative work involved in developing your bespoke stationery design proposals, and reserving time in our schedule to accommodate your stationery for design and production. Payment of this fee confirms your commitment to work with us and enables us to begin the design process. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstance, including if you decide not to proceed at any stage. The remaining balance for your stationery order will be due in full upon approval of the final proofs, prior to sending to print.

Cancellations & Refunds

The Design & Booking Fee is strictly non-refundable. A Little Bit of Loveliness will not offer a refund once any design work has commenced. If you cancel your booking after we have supplied your first proof, a cancellation fee of £100.00 will apply in addition to the Design & Booking Fee. Printing will only commence once final approval of the artwork has been given. If there are any issues with your order such as print quality or missing items, you must notify us within

24 hours of receiving your order and we will rectify this where required.

Postponements

If your wedding is postponed, A Little Bit of Loveliness will transfer your booking to your new date, subject to availability in our diary. The Design & Booking Fee remains strictly non-refundable. If the order is reduced significantly from the original quotation as a result of postponement, we reserve the right to amend pricing or apply a supplement to cover the reduction in quantities.

Proofs & Artwork

Design proofs are supplied by email as high-resolution JPEG files. Clients are advised to save the attachment to a computer or phone in order to zoom in and view all wording clearly in full resolution. It is the client’s responsibility to check all proofs carefully for accuracy, including spelling, grammar, names, dates, times, and all other details. Once a proof has been approved and you have signed our Artwork Release form, A Little Bit of Loveliness accepts no liability for any errors. Any amendments or reprints required after approval will be charged in full at the client’s expense. Up to two rounds of revisions are included as standard within the design process. Any additional revisions beyond this will be charged at the current design rate. Please note that colours may vary slightly between on-screen proofs and printed items due to differences in monitors and print processes, and such variations will not be considered a fault.

Delivery & Collections

All orders are sent by DPD or Royal Mail. Once dispatch has been arranged, you will receive tracking information and a signature may be required on delivery. A Little Bit of Loveliness takes great care in packaging your order; however, once dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier. Any issues such as damage or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will assist you in resolving them where possible. Collections are strictly by prior arrangement. Weekday collections are available in the evenings between 6:30pm–7:30pm and on Sunday’s between 10:00am–12:00pm or 3:00pm–4:00pm. For on-the-day stationery due during the week of your wedding, orders must be collected from our home studio. We do not post orders during wedding week under any circumstances, as this does not allow time to resolve any issues should they arise. A postage refund will be applied if delivery has

already been paid.

Copyright

All artwork, illustrations, and stationery designs remain the copyright of A Little Bit of Loveliness and may not be reproduced, copied, edited, or printed by any other company without prior written permission. Digital proofs are supplied for approval purposes only and must not be reproduced, shared publicly, or used in any other format. Venue illustrations and bespoke artwork remain the intellectual property of A Little Bit of Loveliness and may only be used as part of your stationery order, unless a separate digital licence has been granted in writing. Any digital files supplied are for the client’s personal, non-commercial use only. They must not be shared with third parties (including but not limited to printers, planners, designers, or other suppliers), modified, repurposed, or used for resale, logos, signage, or merchandise. All rights are retained by A Little Bit of Loveliness, and any unauthorised use will be pursued. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any copyrighted material they supply

(such as hymns, poems, or readings).

Marketing

A Little Bit of Loveliness reserves the right to photograph and use images of any stationery created for you to promote our products and services, including use on our website, social media, print advertising, and online marketing. Feedback or testimonials provided by you may also be used for promotional purposes. Personal information such as addresses, contact details, or RSVP data will never be shared publicly. Unless otherwise agreed, designs will only be shared publicly after the date of your wedding. If you do not wish your stationery design to be used for marketing purposes at all, you must inform us in writing at the beginning of the process, before signing the contract. In this case, an addendum will be provided to confirm your opt-out.
